Getting There

So, to get to Alserkal Avenue, you can take the Dubai Metro to the Expo 2020 station, and from there, it's a short 10-minute drive. Honestly, it's easier to just take a taxi or ride-hailing service. But, be prepared for the traffic on Al Asayel Street. And, don't worry, the avenue is well-signposted, so you won't miss it.

What to Expect

Look, Alserkal Avenue is not your typical tourist destination. It's a bit rough around the edges, but that's part of its charm. You'll find over 25 contemporary art galleries, each with its unique style and flair. Some of the galleries are free to visit, while others charge an entrance fee of around AED 20-50.
