Each tour, activity, hotel booking, attraction, transfer or related service offered by Roamigo Trips is subject to its own cancellation policy, which is shown at the time of booking. Customers must review these terms before confirming a booking. The general rules below apply unless a stricter supplier rule is shown at checkout.
1. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some services require advance ticket purchases and are strictly non-refundable, including:
- Attraction tickets (Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, theme parks, etc.)
- Special-offer or discounted packages
- Any booking marked “Non-Refundable” at checkout
Once confirmed, no refunds can be issued for these services.
2. Refundable Bookings
For tours marked “Refundable”, the following applies:
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the tour: Full refund
- Cancel within 24 hours of the tour: No refund
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or wallet.
3. Rescheduling
- Refundable bookings: Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the tour.
- Non-refundable bookings: Rescheduling depends on the ticket supplier’s rules and availability.
- Some tickets cannot be changed after booking (e.g. Burj Khalifa time slots).
4. Combo Tours
For combo bookings offered at a bundled price:
- The full combo booking may be cancelled in line with the applicable cancellation policy.
- Cancelling any single component will cancel the combo discount. The remaining services will be recalculated at standard individual rates, and any refund will be based on the difference.
- Combo bookings are subject to the availability of each included service. If any component is unavailable, only the available and confirmed services will apply.
5. Tourist Visa Fees
Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of visa approval, rejection, or travel plan changes.
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the scheduled time and location for any confirmed service will be treated as a no-show:
- The booking is considered used.
- No refund or rescheduling is provided for tours, tickets, transfers, car rentals or similar bookings.
- Rescheduling after a no-show is not permitted unless approved in writing.
7. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel a service due to weather, safety, operational reasons or unavailability, you may choose either a full refund or free rescheduling.
8. Cancellation Procedure
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the website, mobile app, or by email to our support address.
- Once a valid request is received, a confirmation will be sent with the cancellation status, applicable charges, and refund amount and expected processing time (if applicable).
- A cancellation is effective only after written confirmation from Roamigo Trips. Requests not received or not properly submitted will not be considered valid.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s wallet or original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to banking or payment provider processing timelines.
