After completing your booking, tickets are instantly sent to your email address. You can also view and download them anytime from the "My Bookings" section in your account.
Yes! For groups larger than 10 people, please contact our support team for special rates and arranged transportation.
Payments & Refunds
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard). We also offer a "Pay on Arrival" option for select tours.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour starts for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
General Information
Most of our tours include hotel pickup and drop-off from central Dubai locations. Please check the "Inclusions" section of specific tours for details.
We recommend loose, comfortable clothing and sandals. It can get chilly in the desert at night during winter, so bringing a light jacket is advisable.
