You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour starts for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Most of our tours include hotel pickup and drop-off from central Dubai locations. Please check the "Inclusions" section of specific tours for details.

We recommend loose, comfortable clothing and sandals. It can get chilly in the desert at night during winter, so bringing a light jacket is advisable.

Most of our tours are family-friendly. Children aged 3-11 years receive discounted rates on most experiences. Children under 3 are usually free. Some adventure activities like dune bashing have minimum age requirements (typically 3+ years). Each tour page lists specific age restrictions and child pricing.

Citizens of many countries receive a free visa on arrival in the UAE for 30-90 days. EU, UK, US, Australia, and most Asian passport holders get a 30-day visa on arrival. Indian passport holders need to apply for a UAE tourist visa in advance (e-visa available). We recommend checking with your local UAE embassy for the most up-to-date requirements.

The best time to visit Dubai is from October to April when temperatures range from 20-30°C, perfect for outdoor activities and desert safaris. Summer months (May-September) are extremely hot (40-50°C) but offer indoor attractions at discounted rates. Ramadan dates vary yearly and some daytime activities may be affected.

We do not currently sell travel insurance directly, but we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Most international health insurance plans do not cover the UAE. We can recommend trusted insurance partners upon request.

If a tour is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions (sandstorms, heavy rain, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of the tour operator for safety reasons. We will notify you as early as possible via email or WhatsApp.

Yes, you can modify your booking date or number of guests up to 24 hours before the tour start time at no additional charge. Contact our support team via WhatsApp (+971 54 499 1810) or email (info@roamigotrips.in) with your booking reference number to make changes.

Our prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) by default. We accept payments in AED, USD, EUR, GBP, INR, and SAR. You can switch currency using the selector on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway with real-time exchange rate conversion.
